Client Development On-Call Contracts Toolkit

I created this toolkit using Articulate Rise, based on content developed together with our Client Development team to help support our local marketing teams in “mining” on-call contracts for additional revenue that wasn’t being tapped by our offices. We performed a thorough task analysis to determine best practices, using interviews and focus groups, to include in this training toolkit.

Reporting Near Misses

I created this short “explainer” video in Camtasia, using stock graphics from E-learning Brothers. I used the ADDIE model to conduct needs analysis, design a look and feel and write a script, and develop the final product. I also recorded and produced the voice-over audio.

COVID Safety Testimonial video

I created this video, which tells the story of an employee who has struggled with the effects of COVID-19, using a combination of Microsoft Teams, Camtasia, and Photoshop. This was turned around in less than 2 weeks, and tells a powerful story. It is currently the most viewed video in the history of my employer.

Materials Service Line Intern program Handbook

I used Microsoft Word to create the Materials Service Line Intern Program Handbook. This handbook was sent to interns in 9 offices across the United States to provide an overview of the intern program, and what they could expect over the course of their summer. I worked with executive leadership and our recruiting department to determine program needs and developed a training plan that was reflected in this handbook.

Becoming, LLC Website Development and Marketing

I designed and built this website for a local Enneagram consultant business in Kansas City. I used SquareSpace to create the site, and am the site administrator. I also administer newsletters and other digital marketing, including social media.

Work From Home Hazards

I designed and developed this short course in Articulate Storyline to illustrate in a fun way some of the work from home hazards an employee might encounter as they start the COVID-19 quarantine.

Learning Management System Overview

I used Articulate Rise 360 to develop this training course for new our learning management system rollout in 2019. I documented best practices and processes and created all interactions in course.
